All of our posters are printed at Yaris Note Poster Printing Center, one of the leading printing centers in Istanbul, Turkey. Yaris Note Poster is a company that has been creating collections of sustainable paper products since February 2021 and advocating important values for future generations. We have FSC®, a label that demonstrates its commitment to reducing environmental hazards from production to consumption. The Yaris Note Poster has reduced its CO2 emissions by approximately 80% since 2021. We have produced packaging series that do not create environmental waste. The waste we cannot avoid is financially reporting to the United Nations' "Climate Neutral" initiative. Therefore, our production facility has been 100% climate neutral since 2021.
DELIVERY AND RETURN
The preparation time of your order is 4-8 days. We deliver all orders to you with Yurtiçi Kargo. Your orders are prepared with love by our team specially for you.
Transportation Fee
We offer free shipping to all provinces and districts in Turkey for orders over 350 TL. If your total order is less than 350 TL, the handling fee is 55 TL.
After your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with your estimated delivery and information. During public holidays and other busy periods that affect our logistics centre, shipping may be delayed by one or two days. In these cases, we will definitely notify you via e-mail.
Refund and Cancellation
We hope you are satisfied with all our products. If your order has not yet been printed, you can easily send us your cancellation request by contacting us via e-mail or WhatsApp Communication Center. If you would like a different product or a refund, contact us by email within 30 days of ordering the product and provide the order number, the reason for the return, and which products you wish to return. Once we've identified the reasons, we'll send you a digital return shipping receipt for you to fill out. You must provide return shipping with our Yaris Note packaging. Returns that are not sent with our packaging are strictly not accepted.

Do you have a frame sale?
Yes, we have produced our unique and long-lasting frames for you that are compatible with all our posters. Check out our frame collection!
How soon will my order be delivered?
We deliver your order to the carrier company we have contracted with, on average, within 1 week. We would like to remind you that your orders are special edition. Your deliveries are made within working days. We do not work as Yaris Note on Saturdays and Sundays.
Where does Yaris Note ship products from?
At Yaris Note Design office in Istanbul, the printing phase starts right after your orders. Afterwards, we deliver your orders to the carrier company from our office in Istanbul to be delivered to you within 4-7 working days on average.
Is it possible to pay at the door?
We do not accept orders with the payment method at the door. You can pay securely on yarisnote.com with your debit cards and credit cards through the iyzico payment company.
How do you send the posters?
All orders are sent to you in our specially prepared box for fast and safe delivery. It is delivered to you without any damage, without becoming a cylinder.
Yaris Note uses several different carriers for fast and secure delivery to you. You can choose your preferred carrier on the checkout page.
