How can I return the products I purchased?
If you follow the instructions below, we will pay the carrier costs. However, we do not incur additional delivery costs that you incur due to choosing a different delivery method than the one we offer.
Contact us by e-mail within 30 days of ordering the product and specify the order number, the reason for the return and which products you wish to return. If there is any damage to the products, we will bear all the costs of the carrier company. However, if you want to return the products for reasons such as " I didn't like it, its dimensions did not fit my wall, it did not fit with my frame ", the costs of the carrier company will be yours. Once we've identified the reasons, we'll send you a digital return shipping receipt for you to fill out. You must provide return shipping with our Yaris Note packaging. Returns that are not sent with our packaging are strictly not accepted. Deliver your return package to the branch of the carrier company that we will indicate to you. Ask for a receipt proving the return has been delivered and keep the receipt until you approve the return. As soon as your return arrives at our returns office in Istanbul, Turkey, it is processed and confirmed, a return confirmation will be sent to the email address you used at the time of ordering. Your refund will be made on the same day ( it may vary depending on your payment method ).
- Posters ordered from the "Your Design" category are strictly non-refundable. It is not resellable as it is custom printed. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
How soon will my order be delivered?
We deliver your order to the carrier company we have contracted with, on average, within 1 week. We would like to remind you that your orders are special edition. We notify you of all processes by e-mail. Your deliveries are made within working days. We do not work as Yaris Note & Poster on Saturdays and Sundays.
Where does Yaris Note ship products from?
At Yaris Note Design office in Istanbul, the printing phase starts right after your orders. Afterwards, we deliver your orders to the carrier company from our office in Istanbul to be delivered to you within 2-4 working days on average.
Is it possible to pay at the door?
We do not accept orders with the payment method at the door.
I want to cancel my order, how can I do?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us. We can make any changes from our opening hours to when your prints are shipped from our warehouse.
What is the shipping fee?
🇬🇧 For our customers in the United Kingdom and overseas United Kingdom territories, we offer free delivery through FedEx for orders over £50. Shipping fee for orders below this threshold is £9. Customs duties and taxes are included in all amounts for your orders.
🇺🇸 For customers in the United States, we do not charge any shipping fees for orders over $50. However, for orders below this amount, there is a $10 shipping fee. Deliveries are made through UPS or FedEx. Customs duties are included for all orders below $800. For orders exceeding $800, customs duties and taxes are your responsibility.
WILL MY POSTERS ARRIVE FRAMED?
As Yaris Note, we now offer Framing Services! We assemble prints directly onto your frames. All you have to do is take them out of the box. You can start decorating your space immediately after receiving your order. If you need any help, please feel free to contact our customer service.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, we will share your email address, order number, and details with you. You can track all stages of your order through this link with your order number.
I DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION.
If you have placed an order with us but have not received an order confirmation, there is a possibility that your email address has been entered incorrectly. Please contact us. We will be happy to correct the registered email address and send you order confirmation. In other cases, your order may not be valid, so please contact us before placing a new order and avoid double orders.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS VALID?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you entered when completing your order. If you do not receive confirmation shortly after submitting your order, there may be a problem with the transaction. Contact us, we will solve the problem as soon as possible!
Do you offer payment methods such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna?
Yes, in addition to credit cards and debit cards, we also accept payments through Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.
