Your California Privacy Rights Notice
This Notice explains consumers' rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA"). YARIS NOTE POSTER LTD. (company) respects your privacy. The “California Notice of Your Privacy Rights” (“California Privacy Notice”) is directed only to residents of the State of California (“consumers” or “you”) and applies to visitors, users, registrants and others.
Capitalized terms not defined in this California Privacy Notice will have the same definitions in the Company's Privacy Policy set forth herein, which you may find on the website.
INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE COMPANY:
The Company collects information that is intended to identify, associate, identify, reference, directly or indirectly identify, identify, or otherwise reasonably identify a consumer, household, or device (“Personal Information”). Personal Information does not include:
Publicly available information from government records.
De-identified or aggregated consumer information.
Information outside the scope of the CCPA includes information that:
Health or medical information, clinical trial data, or other appropriate research data covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Medical Information Privacy Act (CMIA); And
Personal Information covered by certain industry-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or the California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver Privacy Protection Act of 1994.
INFORMATION USED BY THE COMPANY:
The Company may use or disclose the Personal Information it collects for one or more of the following purposes:
To fulfill or satisfy the purposes for which you provide the Personal Information. For example, if you share your name and contact information to request a quote or ask a question about our products or services, we will use that personal information to respond to your inquiry. If you provide personal information to purchase a product or service, we use that information to process your payment. We may also retain your information to facilitate new product orders.
To provide, support, personalize and improve the Company's Website, Content and other Company IP.
To establish, maintain, customize and secure your account with the Company.
To process your requests, purchases, transactions and payments and prevent transaction fraud.
To provide you with support and respond to your questions, to investigate and address your concerns, and to monitor and improve the Company's responses.
To personalize your use of the Website and to deliver content and other product and service offerings tailored to your interests, including targeted offers and advertisements, via email or text message (where applicable) through the Company Website, third-party websites and e-mail -via mail or text message.
To help maintain the safety, security and integrity of Company's Website, Content, Company IP, other Company technology assets and business.
For testing, research, analysis and product development, including developing and improving the Company's Website and the Content.
To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order or government regulation.
As notified to you at the time we collected your Personal Information or as otherwise described in the CCPA.
Considering or engaging in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, liquidation, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company's assets, in which case Personal Information held by the Company is among the assets.
Company will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use the Personal Information it collects for materially different, unrelated or incompatible purposes without notice.
INFORMATION SHARED BY THE COMPANY:
We may share your personal information by disclosing it to a third party for business purposes. We make these business purpose disclosures under written agreements that explain their purpose for keeping personal information confidential and prohibit the use of the disclosed information for any purpose other than fulfilling the contract. In the last twelve (12) months, the Company has not disclosed personal information for business purposes.
YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS:
The CCPA offers consumers certain rights regarding their Personal Information. This Section explains your CCPA rights and tells you how to exercise them.
RIGHTS TO RECEIVE INFORMATION AND DATA PORTABILITY:
You have the right to disclose to you certain information about Company's collection and use of your Personal Information during the past 12 months ("Right to Information"). Once the Company receives and confirms your verifiable consumer request, it will disclose to you:
The Company's categories of Personal Information that concern you.
The categories of sources from which the Company collects Personal Information that concerns you.
Company's business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that Personal Information.
The categories of third parties with whom Company shares that Personal Information.
Certain pieces of Personal Information the Company holds about you (also known as “Data Portability Rights”).
If Company has sold or disclosed your Personal Information for a business purpose, two separate lists:
for sales, identifies the categories of Personal Information that each category of buyers purchases; And
For business disclosures, it identifies the categories of Personal Information obtained by each category of recipients.
RIGHT TO DELETION:
You have the right to request that the Company delete your Personal Information about you that it has collected and stored, subject to certain exceptions ("Right to Delete"). Once Company receives and confirms your verifiable consumer request, Company will delete your Personal Information from its records (and instruct Company's service providers to delete) your Personal Information, unless an exception applies (exceptions where deletion is permitted).
The Company may deny your deletion request if the Company considers that retaining the information is necessary for the following situations:
To complete the transaction for which Company collected Personal Information or otherwise perform a contract with you; or
To provide a good or service that you request; or
To take measures that can be taken in accordance with reasonable expectations in the context of the ongoing business relationship with you; or
To satisfy the requirements of a written warranty or product recall pursuant to federal law; or
Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activity; or
Identify and repair Company IP for troubleshooting; or
To secure to another consumer the right of free expression or to exercise any other right provided by law; or
To comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et seq.); or
Participating in scientific, historical or statistical research for public or academic purposes where deletion of information would likely or seriously prevent the research from failing; you have previously provided informed consent; or
To enable only internal uses consistent with reasonable expectations consistent with our relationship with you; or
To comply with a legal obligation; or
To allow that information to be used for other purposes within internal and lawful uses that are compatible with the context in which you provide it.
We will delete or de-identify personal information that is not subject to these exceptions from our records and instruct our service providers to take similar action.
RIGHT TO RECEIVE INFORMATION, DATA PORTABILITY RIGHTS AND EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT TO DELETION:
To exercise your Right to Information, Your Data Portability Rights, and Your Right to Erasure as described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to Company as follows:

Only you or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request regarding your Personal Information.
You can only request Information or Data Portability twice in a 12-month period. In a verifiable consumer claim you need to:
Provide sufficient information to enable us to reasonably verify that you are the person from whom Company collected Personal Information or that you are an authorized representative; And
It must contain sufficient details to enable the Company to understand, evaluate and respond to the request appropriately.
If the Company cannot verify your request or that your Personal Information relates to you, or verify your ability or authority to make the request, the Company may not respond to you or provide you with Personal Information.
Creating a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with the Company. The Company will use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request only to verify the identity of the requestor or verify their authority to make the request.
RESPONSE TIME AND FORMAT:
Company will attempt to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of receipt of the request. If the Company considers that more time is required, the Company will notify the requester in writing of the reason and the extension period; This period may be extended for an additional forty-five (45) days (for a total of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the verifiable consumer request).
If you have an account with us, the Company will forward our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, Company will deliver a written response via email if the request is made via email or if an email address is provided in a verifiable consumer request sent via postal mail; however, where a response by mail is requested, the Company will provide a written response by regular mail to the address provided by the consumer.
Any disclosure provided by Company will cover the preceding twelve (12) month period from the date of receipt of the verifiable consumer request. If the Company cannot fulfill the request, it will also explain the reasons. For data portability requests, the Company will select a convenient format so that you can transmit the information to another entity without interfering with the transmission of your Personal Information.
The Company does not charge a fee for processing or responding to a verifiable consumer request, but if the Company determines that a fee is warranted if it deems your request to be excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded and unreasonable, it will notify you of the necessity of such fee and an estimated cost before completing your request.
NON-DISCRIMINATION:
Company will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights. To the extent permitted by the CCPA, Company:
Will not refuse goods or services from you; or
Charge different prices or rates for goods or services, including giving discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties, or
will not offer you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
It will not suggest to you that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or that you may receive a different level or quality of goods or services.
However, Company may offer you certain financial incentives as part of a Program permitted by the CCPA, which may change the prices, rates or quality levels of goods or services you receive (“Program”). Any CCPA-permissible Program that Company offers establishes a reasonable relationship to the value of your Personal Information and includes written terms detailing the materials of such Program. You must give your prior "consent" to participate and you can withdraw this consent at any time.
OTHER CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS:
California's " Shine the Light " law (Civil Code Division § 1798.83) permits Company Website users who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. PRIVACY NOTIFICATION CHANGES:
Company has the right to unilaterally update, modify, replace, add or remove portions of this California Privacy Notice from time to time.
reserves the right to do so without notice. Any modification, modification, extension, limitation, disclaimer or discontinuance of this California Privacy Notice will be effective only with the written consent of the Company. Company encourages you to periodically review this page for the latest information on Company's California Privacy Notice. If you object after this California Privacy Notice applies to you, you may no longer access or use Company IP, including the Company Website.
